Decoded Feedback - Technophoby
Zoth - 11 trk CD
This CD has a lot of sounds similar to FLA and Leatherstrip, which makes some songs sound just amazing. A very dark electronic based sound with distorted vocals. Many club friendly songs. My only complaint is that a few songs become a little bit monotonous in sound after a bit. Good sounding CD on a heavy system.

Salvo - The Cult Of Speed
Smart Fist Records - 8 trk CD
This CD has got some really good sounds to it. A good mixture of fast guitars with electronics. As well a variety of songs which include upbeat danceable sounds and dark, evil ones. At times the vocals don't do it for me, but there are other songs where they are simply perfect. Overall a pretty good CD from a small band hopefully soon to be big.

Information Society - Are Friends Electric?
Cleopatra - 3trk cd promo
Gary Numan with an edge. This CD contains 2 versions of "Are Friends Electric"and an extra song "Seek 2000" Wow, very cool, very fun. Similar style to the original no real surprises just updated sounds and Information Society vocals. It should be interesting what their ne CD is going to be like.

Various Artist - The Digital Space Between 3- The Final Chapter
Cleopatra
This comp is pretty good. One must be aware that there are a lot of older tracks on this CD such as the Die Krupps and FLA. The choices are very cool. A good mix of various Industrial artist, more poplular artist, smaller titles. A little old, more popular but still good, especially ifyou don't have these songs on CD.

Various Artist - Industrial Confusion
Cleopatra
This comp features new artist, and new songs. A very good comp for those out there who are looking to sample new and upcoming releases. Look out for "In Stirct Confidence" they will be big!! Zoth has displayed their most recent works for us on a handy comp. Very good.

Chaingun Operate - Binary Idol
Cyberware Productions - 7trk CD
A good heavy industrial digital style sounding CD. Sometimes it lacks a bit due to it's repetition. Many songs have a similar sound and theme. Nonetheless a good Cd and danceable.

Various Artists - Finish electro-industrial documentary freeze 2
Cyberware Productions
Unreleased tracks on this compilation. This 15 trk CD features bands like Chaingun Operate, NYX, Disaster Village, Bulima. Mostly small bands on the verge of making it big. The CD is a good taste for new industrial music. Overall the CD is fair. There is no single track that blows me away. But is a good, mainly, electronically based comp.

Neuronactive - Neuron
Cyberware Productions - 4trk CDS
A good sounding electronic evil sound. Very dark sounding and evil. Not very up tempo, which is not a bad thing either. This band has a good almost gothy sound.

Various Artist - Newer Wave Compilation
21st Circuitry
Think of the concept. All your 80's songs redone "industrial style" What an idea. As much as the 80's is being milked this comp is still entertaining. Bands like Collide, 16 Volt, Battery, Acumen, Templebeat, Hate Dept and more doing their interpretations. Some tracks are very similar to the original, some are good interpretations. My favorite is Collide doing Devo's Whip it, and 16 Volt doing Turning Japanese. A good CD to get!

Various Artist - Diva X Machina
COP International - 16trk CD
Another "theme" CD comp. All female industrial artist. On eof the best CD's I've thoroughly enjoyed in a while. Cop has once again proved itseld as the "hip" label. Some trks are a little gothy or less heavy so don't expect it all to be pulsing. Do expect a good sounding CD which has variety from around the world as well as talent.

Clay People - Strange Day
Reconstriction Records - 9trk CD
If you are a fan of this band you will not be dissappointed. This CD is consistent of them, in fact maybe a little harder. A raw sound for me, Not a lot of electronics, going back to basic sounds. Well put together in that aspect that the instruments are still heavy in that respect. From my view as an electronic digital lover, it is not too my taste. Though, it is extremely aggressive and hard.

Christ Analogue - In Radiant Decay
Reconstriction Records - 9trk CD
Heavy fast pace, quick moving CD mixing electronic sounds and guitars. I can't decide about the vocals. At times they are good and sound aggressive. At other times they seem to lack. The Cd demonstrates the flexability of this band and their talents. They are able to pull off hard heavy songs as well as mellower sneering songs.

You Shriek - Burning Something Dear
Mere Mortal Music - 10trk CD
A band on the rise!! Good sounding mixed sounding Cd with attractive vocals. There isn't any one song that will move everyone to the dancefloor, but the blend of synths and Guitars work very well.

Attrition - The Eternity ep
Projekt Records - 3 trks
Attrition doing the more finer aspect sound. Very mellow. Elegant and strong vocals. Attrition continue to prove themselves as experts in the field of goth/ethereal/industrial blend. All originals of songs can be found on their "Etude" CD
